Shipping

The Supernatural Wine Co. delivers to most locations within the North and South Islands of New Zealand. If applicable, shipping costs will be charged at checkout.

Proof of ID: The Customer warrants that they will show current identification to the person(s) delivering the goods for The Supernatural Wine Co.. This identification must include the Customer’s full name, date of birth, photo and signature. The Supernatural Wine Co. will not deliver to any Customer who is under the age of 18 and/or cannot show identification proving they are 18 years or older.

Right to withhold delivery: The Supernatural Wine Co. may withhold the right to deliver the Products to the Customer for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, location).

Reasonable endeavours: The Supernatural Wine Co. shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Products to the delivery address specified by the Customer on the registration form within a reasonable time.

Change of Address: The Customer is to notify The Supernatural Wine Co. (wines@supernaturalwine.com) immediately of a change to delivery address.

Delays to delivery: The Supernatural Wine Co. shall not be liable for any failure to deliver within a reasonable time whether the delay is due to causes beyond the control of The Supernatural Wine Co. or otherwise.

Delivery deemed to have taken place: Delivery will be deemed to be effected upon the direct transfer of possession of the Products from The Supernatural Wine Co. to the Customer, or upon possession of the Products being given to a carrier or courier for the purposes of transmission to the Customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

The Supernatural Wine Co. guarantee the product(s) will be delivered within New Zealand in top quality and condition. Where the customer is able to satisfy The Supernatural Wine Co. that the delivered product(s) was not in top quality or condition at the time of delivery, The Supernatural Wine Co. agrees to replace the product(s) and/or refund the purchase price.

The customer must notify The Supernatural Wine Co. as promptly as is practicable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, a photograph of the product and detailed description of the problem.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wines@supernaturalwine.com and we will organise your exchange.

By accessing or using our website(s), or by ordering any product from us, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms of Use, which include our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not use our website(s) or place orders for any products.

You may not order wine, nor have wine delivered to anyone, if you or that person is less than 18 years of age at the time of ordering. You must confirm your agreement with this explicitly at the time of  ordering.
